Mark Beetson is a proud Kabi Kabi man who also has ties to Wiradjuri, Weilwan and Djemba country in Western NSW. He was born in Sydney on the lands of the Wallumedegal clan, and raised in Redcliffe, Qld (Murri country).
Mark eventually found his way back to Sydney where he has built a successful career in the Construction and Infrastructure Sector working specifically on First Nations Engagement and participation.
Mark is committed to community development through procurement, training and employment, and has also invested in local and regional Aboriginal communities through empowering and inspiring young Aboriginal people through sport and leadership.

Tim Moggridge is a proud Murri man from the Kamilaroi Nation in North-West NSW, who grew up in Western Sydney on Darug land. With over 20 years of experience in operations, safety and mentoring, project management, and change management, Tim brings a wealth of expertise and a deep cultural competence to engaging and working with communities.
His career spans senior operational roles where he led high-level projects in safety change management, people leadership, and new business ventures.
Tim has also played a key role in designing and implementing Reconciliation Action Plans.
Beyond his professional career, he is committed to community leadership, serving as a Non-Executive Director and current Chairperson of Ngroo Education since 2016, and as Club Secretary for the All Saints Junior Rugby League Football Club.

Zoran Taleski
20 years of experience in the real estate industry and recently transitioning into a more specialised role focused on evaluating development feasibility using current planning legislation and local regulations by drawing on practical understanding of construction constraints.
Joe Antoun
With over 40 years of experience, Joe Antoun co-founded BuildSense in 1985. Known for his dedication, passion, and hands-on leadership, Joe continues to inspire his team and uphold the values that define every project.
